Founder & President
Christian Santana is the Founder and President of Santana Group, an insurance brokerage specializing in voluntary employee benefits. A DePaul University graduate, he built his career by helping employers simplify benefits and make informed decisions. Since founding Santana Group in 2017 he has guided businesses, public sector organizations, and municipalities across North America with tailored, client-focused solutions. His leadership is rooted in discipline, integrity, and service. Outside of work, Christian is a five-time Masters Powerlifting Champion, Taekwondo Black Belt, and avid traveler. He is committed to protecting businesses, supporting employees, and building lasting relationships through trusted advice and exceptional service
